Going to the gym week 6/8 - 12/8 2012

Hi everyone.





Here comes another one,and this week i have not been as good as others.
Then again...three time is not all that shabby really if i think about it...

So:
Monday: personal trainer for 1 hour  - weights plus some running for 30 min

Thuresday: Personal trainer 1 hour - weights plus some cardio

Saturday: Walking for one hour - on high speed...around Frognerkilen in Oslo...the sun was warming, and sweat was pouring...
