Going to the gym week 30 -05/8 - 2012

Hi all.


Here comes another gym update for you.

Monday: personal trainer 1 hour - cardio ca 30 min  - running on a treadmill

Mid week: Personal trainer for one hour (weight program) - cardio ca 30 min

Friday: Running 30 min - step machine 30 min, and weights for 30 min.

My stomach is slowly, but surely getting smaller ....
