10 tips for a better workout - girl edition!




1• Do not exercise with make - up, let your skin breath.
2• Do cardio, and weights
3• Get a personal trainer if you can afford one!
4•Bring a loose fitting sweater-t- shirt so you can change into something dry once the workout is done.
5•Drink plenty of water
6•Remember to clean your workout clothes once in a while - you do not have to smell of 10 year old sweath  :)
7•Make a playlist on your I -Pod- maybe call it running :)
8•Maybe use the Nike app for recording your runs like me:)
9•You will never see REAL results if you are just there to show off girls!
10• you will only see results if you work for it :)

So people get to work...
