Today, The Fitspiration Project is one year old!
It started out last year as a joint blogging project between Nanne, and myself (first post (here)), and together we have published about 70 posts covering everything from healty recipes to our favourite workout music, and more!
I can honestly say it has helped me to stay on track, but at the same time we are all human,and sometimes i fall of the wave so to speak. The important thing is to get back on!
We've decided to continue the project for one more year, and if you'd like to join you're more than welcome! The only requirements are that you:
· write a minimum of one post on your blog every month about any topic that has to do with living a healthier and happier life, whether it's referring to an interesting article, yummy recipes, your favourite workout - anything that you find essential for a healthy lifestyle.
· in the post, link back to the latest project posts of the other participants.
All you need to do is to leave a comment below to let us know if you'd like to be part of the project.
We have decided to change the name to "The Healthy Happy Lifestyle Project", as we find that it better describes what this project is all about.
